What a complete cutie pie... he's adorable! This photo has wonderful clarity and the colors are very natural. I would try a little back lighting next time, just to fill in the space behind his head. That doesn't bother me though, but it's just an idea!

This is a very good portrait, the lighting is good, it works well for the mood of the shot. Good pose, good angle on the shot. One thing I would do is crop out the space between his shoulder and the frame on the left side. Over all it's a good portrait.
